Privacy Policy

§ 1. General Provisions
  1. This document defines the Privacy Policy of the Inspector Platform, particularly the principles of personal data protection and the security of other data entered by the User.
  2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
§ 2. Definitions
  1. Administrator – Client.
  2. Platform – an online platform accessible via the internet.
  3. Website – the website located at https://inspector-app.com, including all its subpages and subdomains.
  4. Parties – the Administrator and the User.
  5. User – an individual who uses the Platform and submits personal data.
§ 3. Data Protection
  1. The Administrator is the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016.
  2. The Administrator processes data within the scope, duration, and purposes specified in the data collection forms used by the Platform.
  3. Personal data is shared only with trusted subcontractors, such as IT service providers, administrative service providers, and external entities supporting the Platform's operations.
  4. Other Employees assigned to the Client's Account can see only first and last names. Other data is visible only to the Administrator and the respective Employee.
§ 4. User Rights
  1. Users should update their personal data by sending a request to the Service Provider.
  2. Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data.
  3. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
  4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal to consent prevents the use of the Platform.
  5. The Administrator may refuse to delete User data if its retention is required by law.
§ 5. Data Encryption
  1. The Administrator ensures encrypted data transmission to secure User information.
  2. Every User connection to the Platform is encrypted and confidential.
§ 6. Technical Data Protection
  1. The Administrator applies all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect Users' personal data.
  2. Data is stored on secure servers accessible only to authorized personnel.
  3. Backup copies of Users' data are stored.
  4. The Administrator complies with all legal and technical requirements for personal data protection.
§ 7. Cookies Policy
  1. The Platform uses cookies to enhance user experience and for statistical purposes.
  2. The Platform uses two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies.
  3. The Platform uses the following types of cookies:
    • "Necessary" – enable the use of services available on the Platform.
    • "Security" – ensure security and detect fraud.
    • "Performance" – allow the collection of information on Platform usage.
    • "Functional" – enable saving User preferences and personalizing the interface.
    • "Integration" – related to third-party services used on the Platform (e.g., Google Analytics).
  4. External services may also use cookies.
  5. Users can change cookie settings in their browser.
§ 8. Logs
  1. Like most web services, we store server logs containing:
    • IP addresses of Users accessing the Platform.
    • Request timestamps.
    • Referrer URLs of previously visited pages.
    • Browser type information.
  2. Logs are used solely for Platform administration purposes.
  3. Logs are stored indefinitely but are not shared with third parties.
§ 9. Contact
  1. Users may contact the Administrator to obtain information on the processing of their personal data.
  2. Users may request the deletion of their personal data.
  3. The Administrator can be contacted via email: softart.anitakozlak@gmail.com.
§ 10. Use of Google User Data
  1. The Inspector application integrates with Google services, including Google Calendar, to provide enhanced scheduling and event management features.
  2. When a user connects their Google account, the application may request access to:
    • Google Calendar events (to allow event synchronization).
    • Google user profile information (for authentication and personalization).
  3. The collected Google user data is used exclusively for the stated purposes and is not shared, sold, or used for advertising.
  4. Users have full control over their connected Google account and may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings (Google Security Settings) or by contacting the Administrator.
  5. The application complies with Google API Services User Data Policy and does not use Google user data for any purpose other than those explicitly stated.
  6. All Google data access and processing are subject to strong encryption measures to ensure security and confidentiality.
